GRAF Septic Tanks
Septic tanks are a passive treatment system which provide biological cleaning. In this process, floating solids move to the top and bacteria breaks down untreatable solids which settle at the bottom as sludge. This separation provides cleaner wastewater which can be dispersed to the secondary chamber for treatment. Clean water is then filtered out through pipes to the groundwater where it purifies and eliminates bacteria in the soil.
